Lucia Nevarez, co-founder of Elite Commercial Cleaning Services with Scott Hardwick, has been a leader in the facilities services industry for more than 30 years. She and Scott previously established ICC together in 2005, successfully running it until its acquisition in 2018 after over 25 years of partnership. Lucia is well known for delivering high-quality cleaning services to commercial spaces, particularly focusing on Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Medical Facilities. Her direct involvement in developing teams and prioritizing customer satisfaction helps guarantee every client a clean, safe workplace. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lucia enjoys practicing yoga and cherishes spending time with her family.

Scott is a seasoned executive in the commercial cleaning industry, offering more than 30 years of experience and specialized knowledge. He has held key roles with some of the largest cleaning companies and established his first company in Salt Lake City, Utah, over three decades ago. Following his relocation to Arizona, Scott partnered with Lucia Nevarez to found and manage a commercial cleaning firm that served the healthcare sector and multi-tenant office buildings. They successfully sold this business in 2018.
 

After a period away from the industry, Scott and Lucia chose to collaborate once again by launching Elite Commercial Cleaning, with a primary focus on Outpatient Surgery Centers and related medical facilities.
